Just for the fun of it: Vote for the best Super Bowl commercial of all time.

Even if you don't vote, it's still a kick-in-the-pants!

A lot of interesting things get sent to me each day--some of which are "share-able" and I think might be of interest to you; some of the stuff is, well, just geeky in terms of what's good and bad in terms of what's happening in the world of commerce right now.

Of course there's a lot of hoopla leading up to the Super Bowl next Sunday and one of matters I got today was Advertising Age's commercial count-down to determine the best commercial of all time--from commercials which originally debuted at the annual Game.

Can there really be only one?

Let's face it, the broadcasting of the Super Bowl game is now arguably as much about the commercials as the game itself!  So, if you're one of those individuals who get a charge out of seeing great television commercials--and how could a professor who's lectured more times than he can remember on the wide world of advertising not actually be one of those kind of people?--today's eblast I got from Ad Age is just perfect for me to share with you.  The AA people have culled the best of Super Bowl commercials based on "creativity" of concept and execution--and offers them for a vote of the site's viewers.

You can vote or just view.

So I've decided to let you be one of those viewers today; below is the link that takes you to a set of 19 all-time finalist commercials and invites you to vote on what you think is best.  Even if you don't take the time to actually register your vote--it's fun to see the classic ones you might remember, or just like to see for the first time!

Here's the link to BEST SUPER BOWL AD EVER, Round 1!  Happy viewing!  KBM
